Built around accessibility.
Not adapted to it.
For nearly two decades, Sarah Car Care has moved the people who fall through the gaps in conventional transportation: students whose education depends on reaching the right classroom, patients whose treatment depends on showing up, injured workers rebuilding their lives, and veterans reclaiming access to care they've earned.
Serving the Pennsylvania, Maryland, and DC communities.

Healthcare and medical mobility

ADA and accessible transit

When COVID broke traditional student transportation, school districts had nowhere to turn.
SCC redeployed more than a decade of paratransit, dispatch, and compliance infrastructure to meet the most urgent need in front of it. That decision turned a specialized transportation company into public-sector infrastructure and built the foundation for everything that followed, including Maryland's COVID vaccination response, Baltimore City Schools, and WMATA.
Proof, not promises
Every driver is trained to care, not just to drive.
Before a driver or attendant ever makes a run, they complete trauma-informed training built for riders who may be anxious, in pain, or simply vulnerable, on top of defensive driving and wheelchair securement. It's not a one-time checkbox. It's a full curriculum, with credentials tracked and renewed on a schedule, never left to lapse.
