About Sarah Car Care

Who We Are

Built on nearly two decades of showing up.

Transportation is the mechanism. Access is the point. For nearly two decades, Sarah Car Care has moved the people conventional transportation wasn't built for, and built the infrastructure, credentialing, and workforce it takes to do that well.

Our Journey

Disciplined growth across nearly two decades, from a Philadelphia startup to public-sector infrastructure.

When COVID broke traditional student transportation, school districts had nowhere to turn.

SCC redeployed more than a decade of WAV, paratransit, dispatch, and compliance infrastructure to meet the most urgent need in front of it. That decision turned a specialized transportation company into public-sector infrastructure, the foundation everything since has been built on.

What guides us

The mission, vision, and values that guide the work

Mission

To remove transportation as a barrier to education, healthcare, work, and community life, delivering specialized mobility with the safety, dignity, and accountability every passenger deserves.

Vision

Mobility without barriers, communities without limits: where no one's needs keep them from getting where they need to be, and where the schools, hospitals, and agencies that serve them run the way they're supposed to.

Core Values
Safety

The floor everything else stands on, non-negotiable and enforced daily.

Access

The reason SCC exists, and the outcome every service is built around.

Accountability

When something breaks, SCC owns it, documents it, and closes the loop.

Dignity

Every passenger treated as a person first, always.
